Kenya 2010 Banner

I was requested to make an announcement banner about GRO’s delegation, Kenya 2010 for their website.

I experimented to use letterpress effects on jumpers and a shape of Africa but the first one is chosen.

GRO Website displays the banner in the slideshow feature on the front page.

GRO Open House Poster

Global Reach Out Initiative (GRO) asked me to make a poster for their open house last month in Washington D.C.  I designed this simple poster to emphasize information and graphics.

OAD mock-up logo

I read a classic story, “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass” in the past months and it inspired to make mock-up book covers for this book.  You can check out my working process.

we can do it!

March is the third month of the year, March have various occasions to celebrate.  One of the occasions is Women’s History Month that reminded me of a cultural icon, “We Can Do It!”  The cultural icon inspired me to make a contemporary design for personal t-shirts.

holy cow…

The word, “Holy Cow!” inspired me to sketch the image and turned it into a nice illustration.  I had it printing on a transfer-iron sheet for a t-shirt.

I chose Manhattan Morning poem written by Lydia Yorke. Why did I choose Manhattan Morning? The poem reminded me a lot of my great times in NYC that I visited often. I left my heart in NYC.

throne of blood

This sequence project was created in a class. I captured selected scenes of Throne of Blood movie for making graphics. I turned the captured graphics into bold red that suits the title of movie. I used After Effects for making and editing the sequence.
